Investing in our people
We are small enough for you to know about the whole company, but large enough to offer good career opportunities. We invest seriously in training our people and every employee has an annual development plan. The aim is that everyone’s knowledge is current, that they keep developing, and that they become more versatile. Many of our people are following vocational education or courses. We organise special meetings where vocational training graduates receive their certificates and to celebrate this.
In some jobs you have opportunities to participate in international networking groups of our parent companies. Sometimes you can work for a period at a Rio Tinto or Hydro business in another country.
